Your company will prosper by not using peoples love of their animals to "ripe them off" - YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT DO THIS, but offers excellent value for many, excellent service, help respect dignity for owners & pets.

I wanted to get in touch to say thank you so much for caring for our Ernie the guinea pig and for giving his little body the respect and care I would want for myself.

Nick collected his ashes from you on Wednesday night and we both spent the evening in tears reading the amazing poems that accompanied the wonderful card you sent back with Ernie.  Your care and kindness has helped us to find closure and now his little heart shaped resting place takes pride of place on the mantlepiece.

Today we met Paula for the first time, although I already felt she was my friend. Bill and I are so glad we have trusted her John and their family with the last care of our beautiful girls Clara and now Winnie, as I said when Clara died, I felt I had more care and understanding from them and the Vets than we had from all the nursing and medical staff than when our parents died.
