To add a paw print we will need a digital copy on white background sent to our email address after placing your order. Or if your pet is at Sunnyfields then we will take the paw print for you) We will contact you to discuss all the details and customisation.
(The pendant can be made without the paw print or without the fur)

Each order is beautifully and lovingly packaged in our branded gift box, ready for gift giving.

HOW IT WORKS:
1) Place your order
2) You will receive a message from me with all the necessary information, including the address where you need to send the hair
3) I will contact you to discuss the design of the pendant
4) I will let you know when I receive your letter, from this moment I will need 15 business days to make the keepsake for you
5) When the pendant is ready I will send you pictures of the finished product
6) After your approval, I will send the keepsake to you along with any unused hair
